I have long hair, and when I ask for trimming the ends that is all she does, instead of taking more than I want. The collage uses holds really well in my hair. I would definitely recommend using Kira for fixing anyone's hair.

Well we were simply exiting the pie place, and when I say we, I mean a family group which included 8 children, youngest being 1 year old. Well, my niece, without any malice thought it would be nice to simply take a picture of her little 1 yr old baby boy with some blue bonnets she had. My niece did not sit him in the or caused absolutely no damage, none, simply standing next to them. We know better and know the meaning of respect. As she does this the owner comes out, being such a horrible person, yelling and screaming, at us, mind you there are 8 children. She is yelling that we are going to damage her plants and kill them just yelling like a horrible idiot and not stopping to think that she was scaring these kids..that did absolutely nothing to her, or her property. Well for one simple picture not only was she yelling and cursing, she proceeds to call the police. She is on the phone with police screaming all kinds of stuff. We are all looking at her wondering seriously, what triggered her. Her blue bonnets were not even touched. We said absolutely nothing to her, and simply let her continue screaming profanities, and we began walk away all 3 families with our kids. She starts walking towards us snapping pictures of the 1 year old. Getting in his face. My niece tells her, you need to stop, you do not take pictures of my son, what is wrong with you, and she's just cursing calling names, and we just dismiss her and continue to walk away. Not one single ugly word to her, we were not going to set that kind of example to any of our kids. Needless to say, we started our day as a beautiful day to tour Fredericksburg, which by the way is absolutely gorgeous. It is simply a SHAME, to know that it has someone running a business, that us so rude, nasty, mean, no manners, and total disregard of decency towards children. I rarely give anyone a bad review, I try to always give everyone the benefit, that you never know what people are going thru. But for someone to be so rude and insulting in front of children, over a picture of a 1yr old, sorry I would not do business with that kind of person. Our world is struggling as it is with things that are alot more important happening around us other than a beautiful picture of a 1yr old with blue bonnets. Never would I care to take my business there.. sorry, but this business and this woman needs to be taught that we need to make the world a better place, not a more disturbing and ugly as it is already. Thank you, for allowing me to speak up and let people know that a business is not only about money, but it also has alot to do about your character as a human being.

Weeks later, I was told that she could no longer do my hair, but that her co-worker would do it. I accepted this only to find that her co-worker did not keep my appointment. She had a better opportunity, a bunch of teenagers for prom, so she tossed, me, the bride, aside. When I told her that this was unacceptable, she hung up on me. This salon was extremely unprofessional because they had a better financial opportunity and because I was not a local. Little do they know that the groom was local, and his family and friends will not be returning!! Luckily, Bella salon squeezed me in and gave me both good customer service and beautiful bridal hair!
