This is my favorite nail salon in town! Everyone is great and I am always happy when I leave!

Came in with my friend and got mani/pedis. They did our manicures while we were in the pedicure chairs. Taking off a star due to my manicure. I got French tips and they bubbled/not fully painted and just seemed to chip away more and more after I left. Love my pedicure and the tech was kind! $145 before tip though, when did prices go up so high?! read more

Took my elderly mom here for pedicure. Staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed a great classic service with good massage and well done polish. The place was clean and the massaging chairs very comfortable. A very nice experience. read more

Why are all the techs so nail drill happy!? They have destroyed my nails removing regular nail polish with a drill is uncalled for. Removing my cuticles with a drill how lazy do you have to be? It's going to be a months long recovery for my nails (hands AND toenails). I don't think the overuse of a drill that probably isn't sanitized between uses is appropriate. Never in my life have I had a tech use a nail drill unless it was removed gel or acrylics. read more

TERRIBLE!!!!! I asked for very simple nails and apparently they don't have anything you ask for. So I had to ask for a whole new set of nails (keep in mind my wedding is the next day) so ofc I needed them to look pretty but this is how they came out vs. what I wanted. My ant had to step in and say that it was unacceptable and they refused to give me some of my money back. Then the manager proceeded to call me picky and started to bad mouth all the other nail salons were trash compared to them. Another lady just kept calling me a liar and picky! No because I'm actually obsessed. I showed a photo of what I wanted, and she did exactly that. She was a perfectionist and paid great attention to detail, i wasn't the happiest with my last sets shape, and she gave me true square like I wanted. She took her time and was so patient helping me find the exact color from my inspiration photo. I won't say the name because I don't want yall to steal her away from me and I can't get an appointment lol. This establishment is terrible. I gave this business a try for the first time recently. I have attempted multiple times to get service here, and have been brushed off, and told to come back on 3 separate occasions. The tech that did finally help me was rude as hell. She acted like she didn't want to be there at all, and treated me as an inconvenience. Nothing like paying someone a bunch of money to someone to have an employee be a a complete jerk to you! I have a disability which makes it extremely difficult to hear. I mistakenly heard the OWNER explain she wanted to do my pedicure before I had my nails done. Despite having an appointment for both a pedicure, and a set of nails done, I was sent away, and the OWNER acted like I was an inconvenience, and my business was NOT important to her after paying her $60 + to get my nails done. I do NOT recommend this establishment. The OWNER is VERY unorganized, and the staff is RUDE. If you want to give a business a lot of money to treat you like crap, and an unimportant customer you should waste your money here. I HIGHLY recommend you give someone your business that appreciates you , and treats you like they want you to be a customer look elsewhere. As for me I will NEVER come back to this establishment. read more

I was going all the way to Marble Falls to get my nails done until I got referred to Natural Nails and Spa. This place is clean, friendly and efficient. I LOVE nothing more than getting my mani and pedi at the same time and the staff here always does it. The last time I came they didn't have the color I was asking for but worked hard to match it with what they had on hand, when I arrived today they told me they purchased the OPI Gel color I had asked for previously, which was such a thoughtful extension of customer service!! It was fast and friendly. I was considering getting my fills done here instead of driving to Marble Falls. Then i was charged $45 for fills, which is more than a full set. I required no extra attention except one chip. After further inspection the nails just do not look as good as they should. There are lumps and the end of the nails are not even painted. I've been to this nail salon multiple times and every time I've been disappointed in some aspect. My sister and I went today and she showed the nail tech exactly what she wanted (a simple design on almond shaped acrylics). The nail tech proceeded to give her unrounded solid white acrylics, quite different than what was requested. After realizing the woman was done and wasn't going to finish the job, my sister went to US Nails and the nail tech there told her the job was so badly done and uneven that it had to be redone. He redid them AND didn't charge for it, what a better option! read more

I love this place. My husband and I go here every 2 or 3 weeks. The ladies are amazing! HOWEVER, the guy that is there does not listen to what you want. I told him I didn't want my toenails trimmed and he proceeded to do it anyways. He cut so far into my big toe even after I told him to stop that it is now sore. He does a half-ass job, doesn't complete the Deluxe pedicure like it says, and doesn't care what you have to say. I was with my husband and a friend and both started before me and somehow I was still done before both of them. I will come back here for the amazing women, but I will never let him touch anything ever again. read more

Had a pedicure today at 2:00 and was very careful to not smudge. By 4:30 today two of my nails have already either lost part of the polish or smudged. I was also surprised that only one coat of polish was put on. I paid $75.00 for this pedicure and am very disappointed. Everything up until the polish was good but having the problem with the polish not lasting at all is awful. read more

The pedicure was alright.. but stricky business, there wasn't a lotion rub at all. I got acrylic nails done and they looked good when I left but with in 3 days my nails started hurting. When I had them taken off at a week I had green mold on my actual nails. It seams like someone didn't know what they were doing. read more

Sadly, this place seems to have gone downhill. Several months ago, I dropped in for a pedicure, was met w an unfriendly "no room for you, you need to make an appointment " so I left... Today, I thought I'd give it another try but I made an appointment 4-5 hours ahead of time & had a 3 pm appt. I showed up promptly at 3, was told to select my color and then had my feet soaking in water for 30 minutes. No one acknowledged me, and I got up and left without anyone even noticing/commenting... there were two women who arrived after me without appts who were well into their treatments when I walked out. read more

While visiting Fredericksburg for a few weeks, I needed a pedicure. I didn't have an appointment and walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. Helen was the nail tech I had. She offered me water and I chose the Deluxe pedicure. Then relaxation time! Helen was awesome. Very friendly and polite! She did a fabulous pedicure and great leg massage. I would definitely return and ask for her next time. Highly recommend this salon. Also very clean which is a major plus! read more

This is the best place to go in Fredericksburg!!!! April always takes her time and does such a great job! The owners are very friendly and welcoming. I would suggest to make an appointment, because they are usually really busy. It will definitely be worth the wait. If you are going to get a pedicure get the deluxe! Very clean but my Manicure was so rushed. They didn't even cut or file my nails or do anything that is very customary at a manicure. The polish job was well done and it's very reasonably priced but it was so rushed and fast it was hardly enjoyable. They are the only place open on Sundays though and that's very convenient. read more

Went for SNS for the 1st time since I couldn't get into my normal place. The lady doing my nails said that for SNS that if I picked the same or similar color she just puts it over the previous. I had never had that done before and asked her if that was okay to do and she said they do it all the time. I went to my normal place and when they took the SNS off I had fungus under 2 of my nails.
