You do not have the opportunity to watch him weigh it; so if you are not experienced enough to accurately gauge the weight by eye, you are going to get screwed. He frequently offers ads in the local paper, and if he would stick to the ad, it could potentially be a great deal. But he will try to deviate from the add. Do NOT let him talk you into a Family Pack/Deal. Once I got home and weighted it all out, I found I had grossly overpaid by hundreds of dollars even compared to a grocery store prices.
