The store had been open for two hours, but it looked like a tornado had hit it. I understand they are short-staffed, they were having a sale, whatever. Still, it made it difficult to find what I was looking for. Then I went into the dressing room to try on the clothes. Every single dressing room had several articles of clothing inside. As if no staff person is available to clean up the dressing rooms. I had to move clothes out of my way just so I could try clothes on. Even worse, there was a dead cockroach on the floor in the dressing room, and huge dust tumbleweeds rolling around on the floor. It was as if the dressing rooms had not been cleaned in WEEKS. I asked to speak to the manager when I was checking out. Jessica basically told me that they have a cleaning staff that is separate from the store (contractors). (Guess it's their fault the store is filthy? I don't think so.) She told me they are short-staffed. She gave me a half-hearted apology. It was seriously disgusting in the store and in the dressing room. Kohl's management should be ashamed.

She said as long as I drained the gas out of it that I could return it within 90 days. After two hours it quit working. I've brought it back and tried to return it and the manager said that I have to pay for it to go to a return center and I have to go find a return center and deal with it all myself. Manager's name was Bryce other manager's name was Dale. They were absolutely rude no help whatsoever.

Their nuts are cheaper than other places which is great for holiday baking time! If you ever need help, you don't have to look far for a blue shirt(unlike other stores where you have to walk multiple aisles to find someone). It's also pretty nice that the store manager is actually working along side his staff. That's what makes a good manager. He's not above minuscule tasks that most managers would reserve for the part-timers.

I was in the deli, getting some meat sliced, a very nice young man was helping me very pleasant very helpful, then a rude human wearing a Walmart vest (name redacted to appease Yelp" walked up. In front of me and another customer she was very rude to the young man that was slicing my meat. Told him in a very rude voice pay attention to what you're doing. You've got other things to be doing, don't be chit chattin. I found this completely unacceptable the young man was slicing my meat asking me how I wanted it being very cordial and providing me with what I considered good service. there was absolutely no reason for her to walk up and interrupt the conversation and be rude. Here's a little advice (name redacted to appease Yelp) if you feel the need to correct an employee why don't you do it in the back instead of doing it in front of customers. It makes the whole situation worse for everyone. And there's no need to be rude, If your having a bad day go home, don't ruin everyone else's day too.
