I arrived for my appointment and had to resubmit my documentation all over. I was seen by the hygienist, I was given a look over by the dentist. I was told that I would be contacted with a treatment plan the next day. It's been 3 weeks since the appointment and I haven't heard anything. I've called their listed number about twice a day for the past 3 weeks and haven't been able to get through. I went through the prompts and reached a call center. They attempted to reach the office and were unable to do so. They stated to me to keep trying. So I've set up an appointment with a different dental office instead.

When they called to confirm they did not notify me about the copay which should be apart of the confirmation process to allow people to know what they have to pay if there's a copay. Also, failed to let me know what I was getting done BEFORE they sat me in chair and proceeded to inject my mouth with needle to numb me. Place was slow had maybe one other person in lobby. Got in pretty quickly. Dentist was nice. He tried to use silver to do a filling without asking me. No one has used that on me in many years. I seldom get cavities though. Thought it was outdated to use silver and that they can fall out. They do use modern computer x-rays. You see that in minutes. Made some plans to get some cosmetic work on my teeth. I was given a quote and made to sign it. I asked about using a dental card but they not want to look up current promotions which were being offered for that card through them. My previous dentist always knew offers. I then called the card company which told me all promotions are run through dental office (length of free financing). I went back in and explained it again. A office worker then logged into the site and within minutes told me current financing offers. I was right but they just didn't want to do anything. They were slow at the time too. I left with signed quote and a follow up appointment. Follow up appointment a week later I brought in a 40% off coupon that was left on my door. I asked if this could be used. She asked her manger and stated I already was getting best price. Quote never mentioned special deal or no coupons could be used. Then the manger decided my quote which she had a copy of on her computer (showed me) was to low and raised the price I was quoted and signed about $100 ish extra. They refused to make it right. I stated I signed an agreement then said no thank you and left with copies of my x-rays. A contract is a legal biding document and it was for the work I was coming in for only week later. They knew I was coming back for more after that visit and had a second offer for the visit after that. Office manger needs to learn where parties sign something in writing its for both parties to keep it. I'll find another place that takes my insurance or just go back to my old dentist and pay for it myself w my card on payments like I was doing for years. I even got free whiting their. Update after 3 months 2 fillings there placed to fix my teeth came out. I eat healthy nothing hard either. Guess got lucky I did not have any more work done.
