We've had the gamut of dental issues and I have always been pleased with the service. Usually we see Dr. Milne, but Dr. Shoen is really nice too. All of the hygienists are so pleasant and friendly as are the ladies who are at the front desk. The lobby is really clean and pretty and there's plenty of reading material when you have to wait for kids to get cleanings. Overall I've never been given bad advice, and have always been treated with respect and kindness from everyone at the office.

Since I'm an inquisitive patient, I appreciated Dr. Cheng's patience to clearly explain each step of the process. Sure enough, the procedure was quick and painless just as he described. Dr. Cheng was able to engineer/craft a portion of my tooth back using filling, and my tooth is now as good as new. I got an appointment pretty quickly so it was really convenient. The wait time in the waiting room was short. What I was surprised about and actually really liked was when I was in the chair, I was literally with the dentist the WHOLE time, unlike my old dentist where I saw him for like five minutes and he had his assistants working on me. I had to come in a few times to get my teeth fixed so I actually saw both dentists, which are father and son. I really felt like the dentists here really pay attention to their patients and really try to help them out. I did not felt rushed at all which is always my concern when I go to the doctor.
