To make a long story short, after 35 days on the market my wife and I understood that this was the worst time to sell a house (July2022) with this horrible administration and Fed that are just destroying the US economy with a special focus on destroying the Real Estate market for regular folks like us. We took the house off the market after 35 days and posted it for rent. I decided to use the photos from the for-sale listing and posted them online (FB and CL).Less than 24 hours later, I got a note on my FB listing from someone by the name Eli Quezada, EQ productions, Real Estate Photography, Drones Brentwood, CA 94513 (a person I never heard off or from to that point), here's the full unedited exchange: *****************************************************************************************************************Eli Hi Dominik, is this still available? I find her communication to be an aggressive Cease and desist and unprofessional, and worst of all, damaging to the very clients who pay her: the listing agents, which should question themselves whether they should be doing business with this toxic photographer, calling on their customers making allegations and threats.

The whole shoot was constantly switching colors, lens and trying to crack lame, racist and sexist jokes. I somehow hoped I would have something to show for it all, considering he already got 1/2 of his non refundable fee long before the shoot. 2 weeks later no finished products, all stall tactics. The photos sent to me to choose from my clothes isn't straight, tummy showing, bra strap showing, red lipstick on my teeth! What photographer doesn't see and address those things??! I guess he ran out of tactics; here goes the last chain of msgs, threats and insults. I guess you'll be seeing me in court after all.....gasps.....how dare me not being scared. Regardless of the lies in response, time stamps do not lie. I haven't had a call with this man since the photo shoot, so ALL contact is via text; texts that is clearly visible, no thread missing. The bottom line is the only person I need to present FACTS to is the Judge I was threatened with and I'll have the text msgs to show as proof. The court will have access to all my call and text records. I'm here waiting to be sued as threatened because proof is what matters; not who can spin the best tale.
