I highly recommend to get the monthly membership. If you thru it an feel like it didn't wash well you can go back till your car is clean. But if you don't have the membership you can not do that . It's $29.99 a month to get the works it's worth it . I always take my car thru twice in one visit , it tends not to wash well the first round. Vacuum is included an their vacuum is pretty good.
