John seems like a nice guy but it seems to me he tells you what you want to hear. Yes the home inspector and previous home owners do take a lot of the blame, but i feel like you can't have a blind eye during this process if you are a real estate agent. Now i have to take legal action and you would think he would stay contacted with you to try make it right aka help in finding a lawyer or just a phone call to check how things are going. NOPE!!!!!
