I have not heard anything from the IRS so I'm guessing that they accepted the new returns, which is a good thing as my stupid soon to be ex-husband left me with a HUGE debt, and I only get a bit over 1,000/mo from the govt. He claimed he couldn't deduct anything from the very popular program he was using. Riiight. Luckily the CPA did know! Now with the collapse of the stock market etc., I am so broke it's pathetic, and I think I won't owe anything next year! read more

I have been going to Jay for Years. Always polite, professional, and patient. I find that other review impossible. I'm not sure who that person spoke to but it sounds unbelievable. No one in there would say that. The only way that could have Ever been said, would have been in Jest. Even then Im not seeing it. No way. Jay is a kind person. read more

To keep it short he was rude to me when I had a discrepancy in my taxes. My sister in law had try to go to him for her taxes and she walked in and said she just has a few questions and he rudely said he'd be asking the questions. Seriously? You're going to act like that when a new customer comes in? Get bent dude. read more

At first conversation by phone Don stated he charges $1000 as a retainer. I thought it was high but went along. After he did my taxes and filed he sent me a bill for $3700 stating he had to use alot of resources and time to figure out the settlement filing. I was outraged and tried to reason with him with no success. I feel strongly that he/they took advantage of me knowing my finances.
