I found this office because it was on a list of 'menopause specialists' that I found on Reddit, in…read morethe 'menopause' subreddit's Wiki. Specialists, ha! I haven't been seen by Doctor Diane but I have seen by PA Stacey a handful of times and I ended up seeking Hormone Replacement Therapy elsewhere because I wasn't getting it here. Every time I've expressed a concern, it is met with: 'Sign up for our weight loss classes!' or: 'Schedule some sessions with these med-spa machines!' I'm in my 40's, and I'm not an idiot. I know how to lose weight, but my hormones are diminishing and *that* is why calories in / calories out is not working. 'Move more, eat less' doesn't work after Perimenopause sets in. I don't need expensive med-spa machines to vibrate and contract my muscles for me, and I don't need Dieting 101 classes to tell me how to eat and exercise. I *need* these diminished hormones to be replaced so that my body can function optimally. I don't know how this office can be considered a 'menopause specialist' facility if they refuse to provide HRT for patients who are clearly experiencing hardcore Perimenopause and are lacking in progesterone, estrogen & testosterone.

Oh no! What could improve. Everything..total nightmare going to this physicians office.Oh my God!…read morethis practice is absolutely terrible. First off any PSR that actually does their job knows that your supposed to be verifying insurance upon every appt. Secondly they shut their phones down after 2. At times I've attempted to call after 12 and the phone has been manually turned off with a message saying that they are no longer taking calls. But they're there in the office supposedly until 4. What kind of make shift operation is this office running? I'm not even a new patient and they totally screwed up. They scheduled me for surgery with Dr Sutter on February 14. They tell me to go and get pre surgical testing and Clearence thru my primary. Then they call me and say no we'll try for February 21. So I go and get all this testing done. I do all this running around. Get picked with needles only for this office to call me late in the afternoon the day of my surgical pre testing after I already did everything to tell me that Dr Sutter isn't credentialed with my insurance. WHAT? You got to be kidding me. Oh my God. Who in their right mind does that to a patient that needs surgery? Please go elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation and extremely poor excuses for the lack of a better word lack of professionalism and ethical integrity.. They have a zillion of excuses why they operate this office the way they do none of which that are beneficial to their patients. And just for the record I have 20 years as a PSR. Verifying a patients insurance is the first thing you do. And any PSR that's does his or her job well knows to check it every time and they copy the card

Avoid this place if you want to be taken seriously. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone…read moreseeking compassionate or thorough care. I visited this facility while in significant pain and discomfort, only to be met with a complete lack of empathy and medical gaslighting. Despite explaining that I know my body and that something is definitely wrong, I was told I was "fine," that my symptoms weren't real, and that it was all in my head. It is incredibly dangerous for an OB/GYN to tell a patient they are "just imagining" their pain when they are at their most vulnerable. Being dismissed like this is a disgusting way to treat a patient. This practice lacks the basic respect and diagnostic care required in women's healthcare. Don't risk your health here--find a facility that actually listens to women.

I was informed at the front desk when I showed up. I had the unfortunate experience of seeing the main doctor at the practice. She was so rude and unprofessional. She spoke directly to me a total of two times. She spoke about me to an intern the rest of the time (I have no problem with an intern observing, but she spoke about me like I wasn't a human being sitting one foot away). I left feeling humiliated and unheard. Please don't go here if you want to be treated with respect.

I've been seeing Dr. Smyers and I'm extremely glad that I got her name from some friends of mine…read more She does a great job of putting me at ease, even when discussing difficult topics. The staff has been pleasant and friendly - from the front desk to the techs - I've really appreciated the level of care. I have had no issues with billing or insurance (knock wood anytime we say that, right?) and the facility is clean, parking convenient, and the location nicely situated near the 290 exit on Delaware. I highly recommend Dr. Smyers and the Delaware office.

I'm a fan of this practice because of Dr. Jodi Ball. I just stopped in this week for my annual and…read moreshe is great at remembering things you talked about last year--which may seem like a low standard, but I think this is important in this field. Personally, I have been to other practices where you don't even get to have that type of conversation. You go in, you leave. Dr. Ball is a very personal, very nice person. She makes me confident in a lot of the advice she can give me about specific situations. I had recently got information from her about different birth control types. She is not only knowledgeable about them, but also is not hesitant to give you her personal advice about what she thinks is best for you. However, most every visit I have made here, I end up spending about 45min-1hr in the waiting room & the receptionist is the worst. They do have evening appointments which help tremendously. There are quite a number of doctors who do practice out of this location, so checking-in can even take a while. Understandable. These are my only qualms with this place. I have had great experiences here with the doctors directly--I hope you do too!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE…read more I'm pregnant and have been with them since I found out. I'm 17 weeks now and have had to call almost everyday. Scheduling is a nightmare since apparently they almost never have a Dr. in office. They will randomly reschedule you and leave you a message, when you call back to say it dosent work it becomes a thing. If you don't hound the desk they'll let you sit there with your paperwork on the printer. If you call and don't annoying the appointment hotline no one will ever get back to you. When you do it will be incorrect information. After having 3 appointments and 4 sonograms I finally saw an OB and the nurse greeted me (at 14 weeks) saying I was there to confirm. I was like ummmm no... I knew and researched my own tests results a week before they called me. Apparently I studied harder bc I knew more than the OB who said she didn't rly know what the results meant. They keep telling me they can't get the medical records from my primary but a quick message to my primary, 15 mins later she confirms they were sent. Ended up missing a whole day of work and with a letter of denial from my insurance bc they sent me to 5 quests (I kept calling them bc quest said the codes don't match etc), 3 blood draws and finally ended up being I had to go to kalida, which the tech at quest and I had to fight to find out after 5 hrs of me running around. Ended up with a coverage denial bc the billing codes were all wrong. Still waiting for the referral for my MFM and genetic counselor after I miscarried one of my twins and the natera came back as inconclusive. I've made a stink multiple times bc genetic issues run on the father's side (he's absent so I can't get him tested) yet they continue to ignore me a push me aside. It's been over 3 weeks. I'm in the process of switching to another provider and even after I signed a medical release they're still not sending them my info which is holding off my care, prescriptions and referrals even longer. I'm half way to contacting a medical malpractice attorney bc this is beyond absurd. They tell you not to stress while pregnant but they're CAUSING extreme stress...
