Very smart and kind people, I loved just getting to yap with them all session long. My hair turned out beautiful, and although it was a bleach straw, both of the times that I walked out of the salon my hair actually felt healthier. They are gentle and using the Aveda products really strive to heal any damage that processing may cause. Not many hairstylists put your hair health first like they do.

I was a return client, having had a great experience prior to new ownership. Emphasis on WAS. I booked my appointment via phone and discussed with the receptionist what I was looking for. When I checked in with the stylist I told her exactly what I wanted and showed her photos: a trim while keeping length, full very blonde cooler toned highlights, to lighten my overall hair/cover greys. I wanted a winter pop! The stylist seemed to understand and threw in the word dimension, I was loving the idea of two tones of blonde to brighten my look. Well. She added warm toned low lights, darkened my whole head, chopped 4+ inches off of my hair, added uneven layers, and left me in tears. As she started drying I noticed it wasn't nearly what I had asked for. I spoke with the receptionist about my absolute dislike of the services I received, it was NOT what I wanted and that I in fact hated the way my hair looked. She offered to call the owner, left another customer hanging who was just wanting to buy product (who ended up walking out). When the receptionist returned, she took photos of my hair and suggested that I email the owner directly (as she had conveniently left while hearing me upset and didn't have an alternative means of communication) and let her know what was going on, to send photos of inspiration vs outcome. She then told me that the owner was willing to "fix" my hair at an additional cost. I stated that I didn't want her to "fix" it, I'd just like to be discounted the services that I didn't even ask for. The receptionist "didn't have the authority to do so." I paid the exorbitant fee and immediately emailed the owner. No response. I tried calling the salon multiple times and they aren't answering... It's my loss and a learning lesson, however, I'm disgusted by the owner's complete disregard for proper costumer service and conscience. I'm going to Salon @ 1150 to have my hair hopefully repaired to where I don't hate looking in the mirror. *First photo is what I asked for, last tso are what they did to my hair

    I was a customer for approximately four years at this salon. During that time I got a manicure at…read moreleast once a month and I was usually pleased with the work tho I never got anything extraordinary. Besides it wasn't so much the work I am unhappy with but it was the way I was treated. the longer I was a client the less I was treated with respect or shown any value. More than once I was made to wait after another client walked in without an appointment even though I did have an appointment and a couple of times I was seated at the manicurist table!?! It wasn't a rare event either. And it wasn't a ten minute wait but it could be an hour or more. There's a saying that familiarity breeds contempt and that's exactly how it felt to be sitting there overlooked and ignored. And every time I arrived for my appointment regardless if I was on time or early I was told to hurry up selecting a color. I always felt rushed no matter if the salon was busy or not. Another complaint that wasn't addressed is they rarely added new color to their stock especially for gel powder manicures. I was a customer for over four years before I stopped going and in that time the color options were the same until it was towards my final visit when they finally added a few new colors. On more than one occasion I had to stop at Sally's to buy my own color because their selection was the same every visit and it was boring. The manicurists were nice enough but once I had been a regular customer I was given little to no respect and it was obvious I had no value as a customer. It was very upsetting and I left the salon many times vowing to myself that I'd never return but I would try to dismiss the way I was treated and I'd go back hoping it would get better but it only got worse. the day of my last appointment it was the worst. I was again made to wait while the manicurist took care of another customer who had come in after me so I walked to CVS to kill time and while I was there I told a cvs employee why I was upset. The clerk was amazed I had tolerated being treated the way I was once let alone countless times. I knew she was right but I went back to the salon thinking they'd be ready for me but they still were with the customer who had come in after me and I was told to sit down and I continued to wait. After waiting at least another ten minutes I got up to go and told the shop owner I was not going to stay. I know it was obvious how upset I was and the shop owner laughed at me out loud. It was extremely disrespectful, rude and it was some of the worst treatment of a customer I've witnessed. I didn't say another word and left and I will never go back. To be disrespected the way I was by the staff at bb nail salon needs to be shared. I don't know how other people are treated but I was treated terribly and it got worse every time and that's inexcusable. I don't recommend Bebee Salon to anyone for a variety of reasons. I didn't deserve the way they treated me. No one deserves it.
