She was mean and scolded me like a kid because I should've done a better job. She should not be allowed to work there. Then I had work done. I was told if it started to hurt to raise my hand. I did and I was ignored. All the work that was done then needed to be redone in the last couple of years. Then I payed my bill with medicade along with a loan program through there. I got one bill, I called and was told that my loan was payed monthly. So don't worry about it and if I get another bill then that's what I owed. I never received a another bill. The waiting room is really lovely. I can't say the same for Dr.harr who treated me with such disdain, but I chalked it up to her being busy...she's got a dentistry to run and has lots of patients to attend. Since the rest of the staff was nice I made an appt to fix a cracked tooth. She did an OK job but left it all jagged and longer than the other teeth, and just felt "messy" ok...another way to make me feel like an umimportant client i guess! I had to go back a 3rd time because of tooth pain after a week. She didn't even want to look at me or talk to me and just told her assistant to refer me to someone else and she like waved me as if she didn't want to deal with me. Update: I will give you a call. I've gone to a different dentist who told me that the tooth she filled is infected. This is unacceptable. Dentists shouldn't be allowed to maim their clients. I'm also going to reach out to the board. I'm furious and still in pain, after 6 months. For her to also charge me an additional 300 to 400 for "emergency service" seems like a scam as well when in reality, all she did was refer me for an extraction due to her shoddy filling, which is still jagged by the way!
