My wife and I frequent customers of Smoking Joe's typically at the Indian hill location and…read morenormally do not write reviews or complain. my wife purchased a Vap from this location on Saturday afternoon, got home, it did not work. she decided to plug it in hoping it needed a charge, in the am still no luck. We took it back less than 20 hours later in the original package with the receipt and were told they cannot take it back due to they purchase them from a 3rd party vendor and they will not get reimbursed from their supplier, so no exchange would be granted. This not a huge dollar purchase ($18) but if you sell a product you should stand behind what you sell. Always thought Smoking Joe's was a upstanding business, I guess I was wrong. Please use your best judgement when frequenting this business.

He was very knowledgeable and great with giving us directions to each location as well as explaining what we should be sure to see at each location. I would highly recommend coming here to ask for advice, directions, or just to get the cheapest gas around.

After getting about 1/2 a mile down the road I noticed that my gas gauge had not moved after the supposed fill up. I assumed some fault with the gauge. After driving another 15 miles I stopped and filled the car at another station and put just over 6 gallons in my tank. The attendant charged my credit card $32.00 and did not add any gas to my tank. I have the receipt and will follow up next time I am in the area. I am not optimistic there will be any resolution. Needless to say I won't be buying anything from Randy's in the future.
