Used this company twice today this morning Alan was great arrived on time very friendly…read more Used this company again this afternoon and so very unprofessional, I booked a taxi to meet us at the station for 15:30 I had been waiting for 10mins when no one turned up, i phoned to see where they were no one answered it just went to voicemail.I saw a horizon taxi waiting and so thought this was waiting for us, so got in the taxi. Then on the radio another driver started saying you have Bills clients they booked him and he has been waiting ages for them, they are nothing but no shows and I am sick of them no shows. At the traffic lights the driver of the taxi jumped out and demanded that our driver tell him where we were going he told him and he said they are bills clients he said to us you think you would have the decency to phone to let us know. I am a very professional person and find the attitude of this driver nothing but disgusting and disgraceful and very unprofessional slagging customers off on the radio when they can hear everything being said. I did in fact email the company and phoned them but got no reply. So the inadequacy is down to the company not myself, I am a professional person and have used many taxi firms in the past, after my experience this afternoon I can not recommend this company at all, very unprofessional, and disrespectful. My advice use another firm, it is not pleasant to be sat in a taxi hearing other people call you when it's not your fault then to jump out of the car and insult us is just not on!

I sympathise with the writer's situation in having to cancel his holiday, and suffer what sound like some unfair consequences . He has a legitimate case to put to Thomson's. However this looks like a classic case of hard-working frontline staff taking the brunt of a criticism which should be directed at the company's terms and conditions, over which regional staff have no control. The writer says that everything was fine until he had to cancel, which suggests that the staff had done a good job up to that point. Natural justice requires me to respond with a 5 star review which accurately reflects the fine service I have received on innumerable occasions over the past 25 years.

I have never had a surcharge or problem, I always use UPS via Transglobal both are fantastic and I have messed up a few times with stating the wrong collection address, a phone call to Transglobal fixes it instantly. I have only praise and recommendation for Transglobal and UPS , the same driver comes every time for the parcel and he is super nice efficient and helpful. I have no connection with Transglobal or UPS I am just a satisfied customer and my experience is 180 degrees from the 1 review which was not good, I scratch my head and wonder why when all the metrics are controlled and entered by the user not the carrier or agent.

We ship goods from several places in europe to other places…read more We had a parcel arrive from Germany to UK via DHL and then booked to have it forwarded, checking the DHL label, and remeasuring, checking the DHL label wieght and resmeasuring. After a week of arrivial we were sent an invoice demeaning 1/3 extra payment for incorrect sizes and weights. Now we are a distribution business and deal with packages on a daily basis. We have electronic weight equipment and measured 2 times, in addition checked the DHL and invoice when delivered from Germany to UK. Still they said UPS autosize checked and its over the wieght stated and size but quite a lot. We sent 5 parcels over 1 year with transglobal, and 4 incurred small or much larger subcharges for several reasons. I believe this is not an honest company, they place low prices upfront to gain your custom, then surcharge heavy after hiding behind the carrier and claiming the charges orginate from them Be warned, it is likely your cost will increase by 1/3 to 1/2 half after booking with them. Especially if your order is over the £70 range. We only had 1 parcel not incur extra charges, the total price was less than £40 so it was likely not open to having extra profit made from it. I would strongly encourage people not to use transgolbal. We use carriers every day, send parcels out on a daily basis and only have had these problems with Transglobal. Searching for transglobal express review and other terms will lead to results showing this is common practice or this company and i am not alone.

Warrington Bus Station has few positives - It's close to…read moreWarrington Central - It has toilets (Very few toilets, you have to pay for them) - There is a small newsagent and an Iceland - You can go up a lift and get straight in Golden Square Shopping Centre (Yet they regularly break down) It can get pretty airy and can get cold, especially in these winter months. due to the design of the bus station, it also is built so buses have to reverse out which I don't like as much. There was a lack of information around the bus station and I found it hand to find out which bus goes where the fact it was difficult to find any staff around the station other than a toilet cleaner made it even more difficult. Both times I used Warrington's Own Buses, who are the main bus operator who goes from here, my service was both late and the driver was extremely rude. They also never replied to my complaint - I guess it isn't the station's fault its-self but it does play a part. 2* - Other than location there isn't much to shout about for this bus station, as a visitor to Warrington I felt lost, issues with the buses and finding information about services which just wasn't made clear (and that's in comparison to 95% of bus stations I've been to), if you know where you're going or you're The Lucky One, to quote Uku Suviste's Eesti Laul 2021 entry, this place is you.
