Diane's Cars were the best taxi company I could have asked for. They picked us up from our caravan directly and dropped us back off at the caravan after coming back from Rhyl. Then again tonight but a wait and return so I could go to the Chinese. The drivers were lovely and understanding. A top notch taxi company. Would definitely use them again when on site and would recommend them to anyone.

Used this company twice today this morning Alan was great arrived on time very friendly…read more Used this company again this afternoon and so very unprofessional, I booked a taxi to meet us at the station for 15:30 I had been waiting for 10mins when no one turned up, i phoned to see where they were no one answered it just went to voicemail.I saw a horizon taxi waiting and so thought this was waiting for us, so got in the taxi. Then on the radio another driver started saying you have Bills clients they booked him and he has been waiting ages for them, they are nothing but no shows and I am sick of them no shows. At the traffic lights the driver of the taxi jumped out and demanded that our driver tell him where we were going he told him and he said they are bills clients he said to us you think you would have the decency to phone to let us know. I am a very professional person and find the attitude of this driver nothing but disgusting and disgraceful and very unprofessional slagging customers off on the radio when they can hear everything being said. I did in fact email the company and phoned them but got no reply. So the inadequacy is down to the company not myself, I am a professional person and have used many taxi firms in the past, after my experience this afternoon I can not recommend this company at all, very unprofessional, and disrespectful. My advice use another firm, it is not pleasant to be sat in a taxi hearing other people call you when it's not your fault then to jump out of the car and insult us is just not on!

I have had awful service with them every time I have used them for the last 6 months. I now use Diane's when I am not driving. They drive the wrong way down one way roads - seen it a number of times, nearly hit my vehicle when I was mid manoeuvre as he came flying the wrong way down the road. One taxi driver arrived at a property and said "not a f**king chance". One was playing a game on his mobile whilst driving myself and a friend home. Awful!! Bad customer service, bad drivers - even to the extent of breaking laws.
