I tried to get the prior owner to return it via Bryon to no avail. Also the central vac did not work and the dishwasher would not empty water. I also contacted them to try to resolve this and got no reasonable answer. I moved in one month after closing as I was out of town. I did not realize that would be considered a viable excuse not to address any of my concerns. I closed on Dec 15th and only moved in on Jan 15th as I was away for the holiday season. Byron has since contacted me and apologized for the issues that I faced. I did have several issues and the previous owners did not wish to make good on any of them, which is unfortunate for the selling agent. I had to purchase new equipment and repair the appliances at my own expense. Also a word of advice to anyone purchasing a home, make sure that you mark the Sonos in the inclusions as there is no recourse if you do not.

Our second experience was a nightmare. Be clear, they HAVE NO SPECIAL MEANS to market or sell your home. They do so through the same means every other realtor uses. When the home doesn't sell they tell you it has to be the price and to reduce. They don't even come close to providing an accurate market price which is the problem. Had we went with the price provided by a 3rd realtor our home would have sold within days with multiple offers. I am no suffering with Multiple Sclerosis and can't even afford to keep the power and gas on. Instead I get to deal with their team of idiots continually screw things up for us. They send out buyers that show up nearly 2 hours late and don't even bother saying sorry they were late. Instead they blame us. Either way avoid them. No advantage whatsoever. You can't even call your realtor when an emergency happens. We were locked out of our home when a untrained relator decided to lock the unlocked man door of our home. Leaving us stranded outside of our home until a lock smith arrived. Just horrible. There is not one single advantage they offer as they try to automate the entire experience.

He called us from a hidden number and immediately berated us for being "evasive" and "rude" to his agent. He accused us of avoiding answering questions from the agent which had in fact not even been asked. We provided feedback that we found this to be a bizarrely unprofessional interaction, and was actively deterring us from pursuing this purchase. Len excused his behaviour by saying he was "being defensive for his partner". We were shocked by the unprofessionalism and disrespect that Len displayed during this phone call. He placed his emotions above his position as an agent and broker and didn't even make an attempt to understand both sides of the conversation with the other agent. My partner and I were quite interested in the property, but we had no interest supporting this company's business after speaking with him.
