I will never call anyone else. My neighbor referred me to them in this emergency. Somehow, he breathed life back into my 20+ year old furnace. They did this with kindness, generosity, skill, and knowledge. He called me to let me know when he could fit a visit in, made it the same day, said he was coming prepared with electric heaters in case he couldn't repair it. Understood that I have a parrot with no place to go in the cold. I haven't seen a business like this in years! Now I know why my neighbor said to call them.

After watching the dryer run for a couple of minutes he diagnosed the problem before even opening the unit! He said the coils were probably bad. Opened up the dryer and voila! Bad ignition coils! He removed the clog that caused the burned fuse, thoroughly cleaned the inside of the dryer and put everything back together. He charged me a small fee for the service call and a small fee for the fuse. The dryer was working fine, but after Tim left, the fuse blew again. The outside vent was clogged. Tim came back early the next day, replaced both fuses in the unit, helped me clean the outside vent...and didn't charge me a dime!!! Tim is a very honest, very nice, highly capable gentleman.
