The only reason I chose this shop was due to the good reviews. The seamstress was very nice, and that's the only good thing I can say about my experience. I only wanted my dress hemmed 2 inches above my knee. That did not happen. I paid $40 for this. This is what I get for not having my mother alter it. Lesson learned. She is very rude. I asked her if she was able to have my altercation done by today. It was only a question. I needed to know if she can Atleast have it done by tomorrow morning before 10 am she responds with, "I have to sleep." she responded very sarcastically and wasn't very assisting. Came here pretty last minute to get a bridesmaid dress altered. She was able to do it in a week for a little up charge but I was very thankful because of the material of the dress and the layers it had. It turned out perfect and the owner was very friendly! so...... where do I start with this lovely shop, I took a bridal jumpsuit in to be altered, I was given lots of different choices of how it may have looked and we went with a ruched sleeve. the jumpsuit had so many compliments... I also ordered a wedding dress from France to my size, when it came i couldn't fasten it at the back... I took my dress again to Jb alterations who quickly came up with an idea of removing the zip and adding a panel to the back. They matched the fabric perfect and made the dress so much more comfortable. On both occasions I gave them 2 dates in which I needed these outfits back to me and on both occasions they were sized up and returned to me earlier than expected. I dropped off my husbands ASU uniform. After picking it up and after they had already closed today he noticed the buttons on all 4 pockets are completely missing. He removed all his pins but the buttons should have been placed back on or given in a separate bag if they were removed. So now his uniform that he needs tomorrow morning will be missing pieces. It also still has some stains on it. Disappointed. I gave an extra star because the lady was friendly and I'm sure she does a good job and that this just got over looked. But now it screws my husband for tomorrow and he will also have to buy new buttons since they went missing. read more

I have been here several times. I like this cleaners. Everyone is so nice. After a couple of times they will remeber you, which is always nice. I have never had a problem with the clothes or customer service. I have been to a couple different ones on stan schleuter and this is the best one on this street. I found this place on yelp with good reviews so I gave it a try. I dropped off a comforter to get cleaned. Not only did I not get a call saying it was ready but when I picked it up the owner insisted that I didn't pay and that I need to pay again. She explained that if it was paid for, there would be a stamp on the reciept saying so. I was pretty sure that I did but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I got to my car and found the transaction in my statements and brought it back in explaining that this was my first time using them and that I'd like my money back. Now, all of a sudden she is too busy eating to give me my money back and told me to come back later when she has time. Horrible customer service!! I will be filing a police report if this does not get resolved today. Never coming back! read more

Horrible alteration service! Took my sundress there for a zipper change and alterations. Paid $32 and nothing was done. Same zipper and dress was still too big. When I confronted the alterations person she called me a liar. I will NEVER use their services again. I don't encourage anyone to use their services. read more

Ok so not covering quality because I had no time. I turned in a suit on Saturday for a job interview out of state on Wednesday. I was flying out early Tuesday morning. So around 7pm Monday night I was holy craps my suit. I called them and they had just closed but I told them my situation and they waited for me. So excellent customer service. Awesome place! I had my daughter's wedding dress dry cleaned by the recommended cleaner in Austin. They were horrible. They did not get it clean and ended up messing it up so much I thought I was going to have to buy a new dress. I brought it to my local cleaner, JB Cleaner. I have used them for alterations and cleaning since i moved here, but had never thought about using them for a $10,000.00 wedding dress. But after getting the dress back from the first cleaner in the condition I did, i was open to anything! They ended up hand dry cleaning it...all w20 layers. The fixed all the damage done by the other cleaner. They did an amazing job for a lot less money! They were so good that I brought the dress back to be cleaned and heirloom after the wedding! They bought a special container and did such a beautiful job. I will always come back here! They really saved the day. read more

I brought my new dress in on a Monday to be fixed after I discovered that it had a small tear in the seam. The lady who helped me was very sweet and said it would be ready by Wednesday. She was there again when I picked it up and was still so friendly, asking me how I was doing and so on :) good businesses are rare to find here in Killeen!
