Needed to come here to do my laundry, and the facility was very clean, spacious, quiet. I was able to do my laundry all within 60 mins. They didn't charge to much to utilize washer and/or dryer. Location is convenient and plenty of parking. read more

There was a TV which you could barely hear, so bring your mp3 player, smartphone, tablet, or whatever to help pass the time. They even have free Wi-Fi! They place is clean and I can get my laundry done really quick. Oh, I forgot to mention, I love that I can swipe my card instead of carrying around all those quarters! They also have the quarter machine in case you need it. There are other laundry places colder to my hotel but I prefer this place. Just my preference. read more

Came in on a late Friday afternoon early evening and it was very quiet. Plenty of machines to use and seating. It's clean only downside is that it's a little expensive but the environment makes up for that. Been to other laundry mats in Killeen and just wanted to get done and go. Excellent place to get your clothes washed. The employees are attentive, helpful, and kind and are almost always available on-site. The building is immaculate, the machines are in great condition, and there are also purchasable amenities, such as soaps, dryer sheets, and even snacks. The location is pretty good, and it's relatively easy to find. There's a little Mexican restaurant next door, if you're feeling hungry, and they even have free wifi! That was pretty cool. What really keeps my husband and I coming back, though, is the fact that you can swipe your card on the machines. We're awful at keeping cash on-hand, and we hate having loose change, so it's really nice that such a neat idea was incorporated. They are a little pricey, but we saved so much more time here than any other place we've been to in the past, and it was far more clean and comfortable than all other facilities, hands down. My one complaint is that even on the hottest option for the longest time setting, the dryers still don't manage to thoroughly dry comforters. My bed comforters aren't really even all that thick, either. We had to re-dry one comforter THREE times before it was at least reasonably dry, and even then it was still a bit damp. It wasn't just that particular machine, either. Another machine displayed similar problems with our other comforter, which had to be dried twice. I know comforters are thicker and have more area space than clothes, so it's more of a gripe than a formal complaint; I won't be knocking off a star for that. Besides, it isn't unheard of for thick blankets to need more dryer time. I do believe, however, that it could be an overabundance of accumulated lint, or poor ventilation that is causing this particular issue. Another thing that baffled me was the fact that this place has no public restrooms! I'm not sure if the restaurant next door allows you to use theirs, but it's a little inconvenient for a facility to not have one. So if you do come here, make sure that everyone goes potty beforehand! Overall, I recommend this laundromat if you've been looking around town and aren't sure where to go. read more

Clean facility and lots of washers and dryers with different sizes to utilize. My only gripe is that it's pricey but not many options in this area to compare to. I did like the fact that they had the card swipe as an option to function machine as well instead of using quarters. I would come back again if need be. read more

This is by far my favorite laundromat I have been to. It is very clean. The attendants are always busy, sweeping, wiping machines down after every use, & returning baskets where they belong. They have a vending machine with drinks and snacks, TVs and even WiFi. The convenience of being able to use your debit/credit card is awesome! read more

This is likely the best laundromat in town. The facility is clean and lighted well during the evening. Prices are comparable or higher. The machines accept cards. I docked a star because the business used to offer a wash and fold service but no longer does. The place can get busy at times but I've always felt safe. There also are drink and snack machines. I go here when I have big loads. You can use your credit card here. Free wi-fi, convenient, and fast. Majority of your loads don't need that long to dry on these dryers. 75cents, 15 minutes it dries pretty much the loads but if it's your bed sheets (comforters) let's be safe and do a dollar or dollar 25. read more

I've been procrastinating on calling Samsung to replace a recall part on my washer and the day I was to fly out on a business trip it decided not to drain completely or spin!!! That being said for the past couple weeks I've been having issues with Samsung sending a technician out leaving me with wet clothes in the washer. Finally, the new washer is on the way but in the meantime I needed to get those clothes out and saw reviews for this place so decided to give it a try being less than two miles from my house. There is ample parking, the facility is clean (flat screen TVs with cable, surveillance cameras, snack machine, soda machine, and free WiFi) and it took me less than an hour to complete one load of laundry. Having not been to a laundry mat in nearly 25 years, I don't know if the prices are good but seemed cheap to me. Coins, bills and credit/debit card are paying options which makes it super convenient. The location is on Stan Schlueter recessed from the main street but the sign is large enough to see it. read more

Am I missing something here? Debit fees? But even still... if I run my debit card 8 times, I expect a total of 8 separate charges not 3 $15.00 charges that make no sense. Shady read more
