We could not tell what was wrong since no breakers were tripped. I called JB Electric and had them come out and look at it. Ryan came out found that there was still electric reaching the fan and found out that the sensor in the fan had blown. He immediately went out to find a store that had a replacement. He came back shortly put the new remote sensor in and all was good and fine in no time at all. Ryan was friendly and did great work very rapidly. I called them again and was told they'd would contact technician and we were his next Now 2:20 pm, no plumber, no courtesy call. Their website saying they rapidly respond is laughable. Finally at 2:50 pm I receive a call and they arrived at 3:15 pm. So I spent much of my day at their mercy. Shane Elmore plumbing became a part of this group not long ago. That company was the model for service. Too bad their successful business practices were not incorporated. Never again for me.

This is the second time that I have used A&J and just like my first experience, I could not be…read morehappier with their work and great service. This time, I hired A&J to remove four dead trees from my property and also to grind three huge stumps on my property. And as with the last time they did work on my property, the combination of great equipment and the great people that they have, resulted in awesome work. This was also the first time that I used A&J do stump grinding on my property. In this, I was incredibly impressed with the machine that they have to do this work. It did an amazing job and completely eliminated all of the tree stumps, one being over 40 inches in width! As for the dead trees that were removed, three of them were covered from top to bottom with significant amounts of ivy and all four of the trees stood right on the property line of my yard. Two of the trees were even leaning over and into a neighboring property. With each tree, the team from A&J removed them with skill and talent and caused no issues with the yards of my neighbors. And after all four trees were taken down, they were all loaded up and hauled off the property. Along with this, they also raked and cleaned up all of the little debris from the work. The yard was spotless and clean when they finished the job. I truly cannot say enough good things about A&J. My neighbors felt the same, as they complimented the work in the days that followed. I'm so glad I found these guys and would use nobody else. Thanks again A&J!

They did not finish the job. I was charged $125 for the mowing services. They told me edging,…read moremowing, and blowing was included. I asked for lawn stripping but they did it with a push mower and down to 2 inches. The stripping came out terribly and I had beautiful grass that I had been taking a lot of time out to care for. Way too short and it took way too long. I asked for mulch and that was $300 so that went fine but the whole job of mulch placement plus mowing took nearly 6 hours because they came unprepared as well. They left grass behind on the driveway and they didn't edge. They left grass behind on the yard (stragglers) and did not get the grass along the fence line. I also asked them to get the grass they left behind and said they would but did not. They were happy to take my money though. I would not recommend them. I feel like I was scammed. I took a chance on employing them and it turns out I got burned. I do hope they read this review and treat others better and give better customer service. They made $425 all together with much unfinished and my son had to go back out and fix. On top of this I told them I'm selling my house and was getting photos taken so I was looking for something nice. They totally made my day - Mother's Day - not joyful.
