Ryan came out found that there was still electric reaching the fan and found out that the sensor in the fan had blown. He immediately went out to find a store that had a replacement. He came back shortly put the new remote sensor in and all was good and fine in no time at all. Ryan was friendly and did great work very rapidly. The SUV I bought last year is missing the antenna and part of the antenna base assembly. It was all…read morethere when I bought it, but the base broke at some point. My boss said he sees glue remnants on the part that is still attached to the roof, which indicates someone broke the base before I bought it, and it eventually fell off. Ever since I noticed it was broken a few months ago, I've been trying to find the antenna assembly at a decent price. I found it online for about $150 or more, but kept an eye on several salvage places in the area using their online databases. I finally found it recently at one in Greenbrier. That's a bit of a drive for me, and they are only open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM, the same hours I am at work in Nashville. The guy I spoke to at TN Auto Salvage offered to see if one of their drivers would deliver it, and he found someone. I called them day before yesterday and today someone delivered it to me. They charged $45 for the antenna and base assembly, which they removed from the car for me, and another $10 for delivery. EXCELLENT service. I would highly recommend doing business with them if they have what you need.

After speaking with Toby's over the phone about the situation, they sent out two great guys that did a thorough inspection. Shortly after they did an extensive treatment of the home and also provided me with a great written report of their findings, including photos. Since this work was done, I have not seen one termite. They warrantied the work and overall, I am very impressed and would hire them again, without question.

I asked for lawn stripping but they did it with a push mower and down to 2 inches. The stripping came out terribly and I had beautiful grass that I had been taking a lot of time out to care for. Way too short and it took way too long. I asked for mulch and that was $300 so that went fine but the whole job of mulch placement plus mowing took nearly 6 hours because they came unprepared as well. They left grass behind on the driveway and they didn't edge. They left grass behind on the yard (stragglers) and did not get the grass along the fence line. I also asked them to get the grass they left behind and said they would but did not. They were happy to take my money though. I would not recommend them. I feel like I was scammed. I took a chance on employing them and it turns out I got burned. I do hope they read this review and treat others better and give better customer service. They made $425 all together with much unfinished and my son had to go back out and fix. On top of this I told them I'm selling my house and was getting photos taken so I was looking for something nice. They totally made my day - Mother's Day - not joyful.
