With the other agency he never had a problem being called into work when they requested him. He keeps in contact with a lot of the people who work there they even called and asked why he was not working yet he normally starts in late July or August He said agency never called him , they have called on his behalf to have him be put on the payroll and even call him to see if he is coming in still nothing from the agency he calls and they tell him not yet they will call him and never do. They even told him to apply to the company on his own as he is a well loved worker there. He thinks the reason they haven't called him is cause he is 70 which would be age discrimination on the agency part if that the case, he is a hard worker . I see the job he does advertised and he says they hired younger workers for the agency who quit in less than a week this told by current employees .Maybe like someone said they might be doing money laundering as they are refusing to send someone like my father a long term employee to work.
