This is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. He is unreliable and doesn't get any work done. He will take your business but will not do the work for months and months and he won't even be upfront about it. He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And if you make a mistake of calling him to ask when he would come to do the work, he wouldn't answer calls for weeks and weeks. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing. Oh I forgot to mention the only reason he answered was because we called from a different phone number that he didn't recognize so probably thought a new job that he can sign a contract for but never does. Didn't call when he said he would. Sent a text then just showed up without any reply. He was rude saying I ruined his whole day. I was told were the tank was but unable to find it due to the ground being frozen. I'm sorry I ruined your day ,I haven't been able to use my bathroom for over a week and the smell would gag a maggot. My mom died four days ago. I'm the only child. I have a ton of stuff to take care of besides my issues.Im sorry I ruined your day . My week has been the epitome of hell. Excuse me my stomach cramps didn't know they would ruin your day.The ER was stressful to say the least. I would trade any day with you. You pick.
