Maybe he had gotten stuck a couple times prior to your call - I would be hesitant as well and not want to risk losing a days work due to an avoidable circumstance. Losing one customer is better than losing the rest he is scheduled for in an entire day. That was his judgment call to make and not yours. Sometimes the risk isn't worth taking and it certainly isn't something to be belligerent about, just because you waited too long to pump your septic.

He will take your business but will not do the work for months and months and he won't even be upfront about it. He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And if you make a mistake of calling him to ask when he would come to do the work, he wouldn't answer calls for weeks and weeks. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing. Oh I forgot to mention the only reason he answered was because we called from a different phone number that he didn't recognize so probably thought a new job that he can sign a contract for but never does. Trevor Randlet, the owner's son, located the tank openings and his father Todd even came over himself to pump out the system with their state of the art truck. Instead of focusing on the gallons of water flooding the basement, they pressure me into signing a contract for all restoration work. Don't need to get into the details, but it was a strongly worded non-consumer friendly contract. Then it is apparent that one of the workers doesnt know how to use the broken sump pump they brought over. And even worse, he is inebreiated and REEKS of alcohol. I asked them to leave. This morning I noticed that they had undone the water hose to the washer, so even more water damage for us to clean up. Go with servpro!

She didn't even walk around the outside of the house and in her report she said we had no sofit vents. WRONG ! We certainly do. They may do good work but we certainly will never know. For a $6,000 difference I would definately not recommend them.
