Gretchen, our contact at Premier, was very responsive to our requests, questions and changes when our guest list ended up increasing. When I researched similar rental companies the prices were all very comparable. At the last minute we actually ran into trouble with the fire marshal wanting to inspect the tent so we ended up canceling the tent. Luckily, we had clear skies and great weather! We also had a bit of confusion on what day the items were being delivered (we changed it on them a few times) so the order showed up a day early but all was well. In the end the tables, chairs and glasses were quality and we couldn't have done the event without them. I would recommend them to other couples.

Premier Rental was very fair in their pricing and delivery requirements. We rented three cocktail tables and 75 chairs and they were high quality products. They arrived on time and set everything up to specification. The only reason I didn't give a 5 start review is they returned half an hour early for pick up. The drivers papers and my contract didn't match.

My now husband and i got married in Forest Park, in St. Louis June 10, 2011 (this year) yes, only 2 weeks ago. I was so happy with his service and his professionalism, I had to write a wonderful review about how easy he makes it to work with. My husband and I live way out of town (it was a destination wedding) because my family is from Kansas and his is from Ohio. St. Louis is half way in between, so this was our deciding factor. Paul communicated with me easy over a few weeks through email, and phone about all the details we needed and questions we had about everything. he even was very polite and went out of his way to work with us via our payment options. As I'm sure all brides and grooms go through an experience where you might be over budget or need some wiggle room to make payments possible. I am so happy I went with Belmont Party rentals. They made our event truly one to remember and I am hoping the pictures turned out amazing. And then when they finished, I took these photos to show the ownership the straps weren't even connected, and most of them were broken at that. To no surprise, one of the tents collapsed the day before our event during storms. They did not have parts or a replacement tent. Still charged is for both tents, and blamed us for the storm bringing the one down. Will go out of my way to keep people from dealing with these people. No way these reviews are real. They also have become our one stop shop for our events, in that they not only offer inflatables, but they offer chairs and tables, face painting, etc. We no longer have to work with multiple companies. Lastly, their staff is easy to work with and are accommodating. From the office staff (Kyle and Jade) to their lead guy on the field (John) to the many workers, face painters, set up crew, workers staffing the inflatables and other products, they excel in customer service. My so called "linens" were severely wrinkled with large creases and looked absolutely terrible for my wedding. I cannot even believe this guy is still in business. Firstly, the linens they gave us are not linens because if they were, they would lay perfectly with no wrinkles or creases. The "linens" that were given to us were folded in Saran platic wrap(not hung up like they should be) and with severe creases. My venue called & I called the owner. The owner said," There is nothing I can do about it. We've been doing this for 30 years and we have never had a complaint." He's a liar and a con-artist. He wouldn't even send anyone out to iron the wrinkles/creases. It wouldve taken a whole day to iron the amount of table cloths we got. Thank God we had enough on our tables to hide some of the creases. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want trashed Polyester junk with creases & wrinkles.

When…read moreI called to place my order, the agent was very helpful and asked great questions to make sure I was getting what I needed. She offered delivery, set up and to pick up after the event. (We set up ourselves) I picked up my order at their warehouse and was blown away at how much they they had! All sizes of tables, chairs, linens and glasses. Everything was clean, organized and well maintained. I haves up my truck and the warehouse staff helped load my truck and double checked that I had everything I needed. Not only did they give me written instructions for assembling the tent but they talked me through it and pointed out the most important steps. They even gave me their phone number and told me to call with any questions. The event went well, thanks in part to Grand Rental Station. I found out that they also have popcorn machines, fans, lighting, silverware, snowcone makers, coffee makers. There's no need to go anywhere else. I can't wait to have another party!

Advised to come back the next day, and they would make it right. Had to have someone else pick up and deliver to the wedding venue over an hour away. Once again, we had miss matched colors. As seen in the picture attached, one of the four head tables did not match. Seriously, the main focal point of the room for the first two hours looked like crap! Luckily, we could hide the other 5 tables that didn't match in the summer lighted areas. Returned all today, and Jim wasn't around. Person who i spoke with didn't seem like it was a concern. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GO WITH THE PROFESIONALS.

Started the process of choosing a party rental company for our daughter's October outdoor wedding…read morereception back in July. It was uncharted territory for us, as we had never had to plan a wedding nor an outdoor reception (booooo to COVID-19).... We called multiple places. Grand Rental Station was super fast to respond, very flashy and showy....but very, very pricey. JCM was very detailed and thoughtful in their response, and, based on pricing, we chose JCM and it was the very best decision we made for planning the reception. They came to set up the 40 x 60 tent a few days before the party and, wow, do those guys work hard. They have it down to a very well organized system. And that tent was huge...and very, very clean, white. Pristine! And super-sturdy. The reception ended up being a very windy day and those poles did not budge. In fact, our Caterer (who I assume has seen many parties in many tents) commented, "This tent is amazing. What company was this? These poles---I've never seen poles this strong and sturdy at any of the parties we've catered!" The chairs were white and clean. The tables were fine. The bistro lights looked fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood walking by commented on how nice and sturdy and clean and well built it was. All the superlatives to this company. Well done, JCM! Highly recommend!

I called a few party tent rental places and got quotes that were so expensive we had almost decided against it - and then I called Rent a Tent. On the Wednesday before graduation parties and my reunion started on THURSDAY. (Yes, one day notice). Carl answered the phone immediately, gave me an on-the-spot quote that was so reasonable!!!, invoiced me that day and were on the scene at 8 AM Thursday morning for set-up. Such great communication! We prefer to support family businesses like Carl's, and we could not have been more pleased with the result. They were prompt, courteous, engaging, and funny all through the hard-working process of set-up. The product was exactly what we needed and the set up and tear down process were smooth seamless. Mine was a home party - and I cannot recommend Carl and Rent a Tent of St. Louis more strongly!
