Her communication is excellent. I arrived and had to wait a bit while she finished up another customer, but she was very apologetic and kept thanking me for my patience. Her salon space is very clean and relaxing. The other braider who helped finished my hair was also so nice and they were very fast! I got island twists and was done in about 3.5 hours.
