Then needed to add ceiling fan installation and asked for help with a blinds track and mount. Now with reading the reviews I saw that Corey's where all 5 star and I have to say they where well deserved!!! Now the only issue is he is extremely busy with all types of projects from building bathrooms to professionally mounting TV's. He also took the time to show us how things worked and set up our new TV, ceiling fan and most importantly he adapted when our blinds where to long. Before the cleaning, he came over to discuss my concerns about protecting our landscaping. During this conversation, he conveniently forgot to mention that he uses bleach for roof cleaning. As the cleaning started, we quickly realized something was off--our eyes began itching, and the strong bleach smell was unmistakable. That same evening, my husband came home with bleach stains on his shirt, which had landed on him earlier that day as he left our. Then came the real damage: our plants, flowers, and grass were bleached and soon died. Our outdoor furniture got bleached. We called Nathan back to evaluate the damage, and he offered to cover the landscaping costs. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. About a week later, we noticed the bleach had stripped the paint from every side of our house. When we called Nathan again, asking him to activate his insurance to address the damage, he told me he didn't want to deal with me anymore. At that point, I told him he'd hear from my attorney. A claims adjuster eventually contacted us, only for us to learn that Nathan's insurance didn't cover him because he was using bleach inappropriately. I decided to take Nathan Hinz to court, but he tried to dodge accountability by changing his address to a PO box. I discovered this myself and then hired someone to serve him. That's where things currently stand. So, if you're asking me whether I'd recommend Nathan Hinz or his company, A to Z Pressure Cleaning, the answer is an emphatic NO. He lacks basic knowledge of his trade, doesn't care about people's property, and hides when things go wrong. His behavior speaks volumes. Nathan, why don't you show your face in court? I would not want anyone else to go through what we did…read more I have attached my original e-mail from June 28th of 2017, declining his services, two responses received from Jarrett from Resort Landscape, LLC a year later in July and August of 2018 and my response to his first e-mail. Dear Jarrett, I received your letter and the landscape plans in the mail on 6/28/17. I would like to make it clear to you that we never signed a contract with you. When you brought your sub-contractor out here when I was not present, and he volunteered the pricing to my wife about what the plans cost, I must say that it was quite alarming to hear about what the plans should cost. Regardless of what you claim the price should be, this is something that you need to take up with him and not us. You were even present during this conversation. You two couldn't even agree on how to layout the landscaping, what type to use and where it should go. I will tell you that two different neighbors told us that $1,800 was an absurd amount and that they did not even pay anywhere near this amount when they did their projects. Despite the fact that we had given you a check it didn't automatically mean that we were going to utilize your company for the project in the end. If you thought so, then you were mistaken. I specifically told you that I was going to get another quote, which to this date I have not done so due to house construction issues. Who in there right mind would go with only one quote anyway? You also offered no references. Based on what my wife heard that day, your text to my wife, and your assumptions you seem to run a shady operation. I had told you on several occasions that I had been really busy dealing with our continued house issues let alone business at work. I asked for your patience. If you think I was intentionally delaying on purpose, then again, your mistaken. I also just learned about your prior unprofessional text to my wife regarding meeting up with you to discuss this project and about the cost of the plans. Who does business like this via text? Despite all of this, I just told my wife yesterday that all the construction issues at the house had tapered off and we needed to get back on the landscaping project. I wanted to at least hear what you had to say and what you had to offer. I will tell you that in the end, I would have never paid the $1,800 for the plans based on what we heard from your contractor, our neighbors and a friend at work. If we could not have worked that part out, then it would not have been a project for Resort Landscape. Now that I have received your threating letter I will no longer consider your services regardless of the price. You certainly have a lot to learn about customer service and professionalism. If you should seek outside collection for payment without a signed contract, then I'll see you in court. I will also then counter sue, so I suggest that you make a wise choice. You have now made this more of a principle for me rather than the cost of the plans or what the cost of the landscaping.
