This was my first experience with Little Red Toolbox, and from the moment I placed my order through the completion of the job, the service has been nothing short of superb. Jean and Joe were professional, friendly, polite, respectful, and truly a pleasure to have in our home. One of the first things that stood out to me was that before entering our home, they put booties over their shoes. That small gesture demonstrated how much they respected our home and our carpet, and it immediately let me know that we were dealing with professionals who cared about the details. They also worked wonderfully as a team. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was assembled and positioned just right before they left. They cleaned up behind themselves and, without being asked, took the boxes from the furniture and TV and placed them neatly in our garage. They absolutely did not have to do that, but they did--and it was such a blessing to my mother and me. We live on the third floor, and after everything we've gone through with moving, the thought of having to carry those large boxes down three flights of stairs was honestly overwhelming. Their thoughtfulness saved us from having to worry about that, and we are truly grateful.
