There is no body as hard to please as a retired New home Builder/ Land Developer. Matter of fact I had a couple of guys not want to give me prices because they knew upfront I was going to be diligent on the quality of their work. Nick and I agreed on a price , I got a written contract. 10 days later the job was done What can I say other than the job start to finish was done professionally and on time. No added extras , No BS. His men did a bang up job, they took their time and did it right. I literally didn't even have a punch list after the job was over. That in itself is a first for me. I also priced around being I am new to the area, Level Best wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. But being a Builder I just had a gut feeling that this was the company for a my new tile roof to protect me and my family Not much more to say other than the name of the company is spot on, Level Best Roofing is exactly what it means.
