I ended up reaching out to cancel the appointment due to having a family member assist me with my repair needs. The message didn't get relayed so he still showed up and offered to take a look and give advice anyway. I cannot speak about their work since I didn't ultimately utilize their services, but I was very pleased with the experience and professionalism shown by the guy who came to my house for the estimate. He was knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything well and in a way I understood. If I didn't have family available to help, I would definitely have given them my business.

They cut thru my wall and flashing and you can see daylight shining in from outside. Water is coming in the holes and soaking the insulation. They even blamed me for the water leaking in. They poorly nailed a piece of trim over the flashing they cut and the nails went in to nothing but the flashing. No solid piece behind the nails to hold the nails in. So the trim piece is just another avenue for water to get under and damage the roof even more than they did. I have around a half dozen new shingles that are bent up because there are old roofing nails laying under them. Wish I could post pictures. I did post pictures on their Facebook page but of course they took them down and blocked me.

Found Jeff through Thumbtack and he was very responsive. Came over soon after - very personable, very responsible, professional. He explained everything he would be doing, to include taking before and after photos of the gutters so we could see the build up over time as well as the finished work. While cleaning the gutters, he found some blocks in a few places. Dirt/mud/crud overflowed the gutters and ran down the siding of the house - which he took pics of. Well, he then pressure washed our siding, and you couldn't even tell he had been there - no dirt, nothing. cleaned up after himself and did a wonderful job. this cost us thousands less if we were to do gutter cleaning once a year for the next 20 years vs installing those guards. Jeff also said that due to our property and how it was set up, gutter guards were not needed. I really felt good about getting our gutters cleaned, and knowing it was done correctly, to include washing the dirt off the house. i would TOTALLY recommend!!! give jeff a call!!!
