In a few days he came back, "fixed" it, but it wasn't really fixed and kept not working. I called him and he said no problem, a faulty unit, needs a replacement, he'll replace it tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. It's been a long time, and after a few tomorrows and other promises, nothing is done - the grass is dead in that zone, and the guy stopped responding over the phone or SMS. If he is alive - he deserves one star. He is not a professional. He is simply dishonest - he will come when you pay him $500, but if anything goes wrong and needs to be addressed - he will disappear on you.

John contacted me immediately and scheduled an estimate. He showed up on time, did his measurements and then walked us through our options and what the install would entail. Very courteous and professional. When I informed John we wanted to hire them he made him self available right away. We signed a contract on a Sunday and the fence was installed and completed the following Saturday! The install crew was very thorough, very neat and did an amazing job! I can't say enough good things about John and Everlast Fence. The materials are better then others, the price is better and the service is better.
