I had previously reviewed these guys and thought they were great. Well that's until you run into an…read moreissue with them. I've had them come out on 3 separate occasions since November 2025 to resolve an issue for me that never got resolved. They told me it was this then if it wasn't this it would be that. We jumped through the hoops and made all the changes to a tune of $800+. When the tech came out a third time in March 2026 and he literally told my husband what we had been having them come out to fix is how the system was intended to function. Sooo why did I just spend $800+ to fix a non-issue and why wouldn't someone else say that? Fast fast forward to May 2026 another tech comes in to complete regular service and what do you know that issue that the last tech said wasn't an issue turns out it is and now they said it would cost me an additional $1100 fix it. This is in addition to the $275 he had just finished swiping my card for to cover their yearly maintenance plan. I contacted the office and spoke to Frank. We agreed to split the initial $800 cost incurred and split ways and he'd reimburse me once he got the new quote. Sent him the quote but cropped the new company out because it's none of their business who has my business now. Well Frank now says they will not be able to reimburse me for failing to do the job and just charging me for things not needed unless I can provide them the invoice showing without cropping out the new company. I could be doing the repairs myself for all it matters. The point is providing you the next company's information should have no bearing or keep you from refunding charges that should have never been billed to begin with. Needless to say I am not being reimbursed half of the initial $800 agreed upon and Frank will likely come on here and try to justify not giving me my money back. Hope the $400 dollars is worth losing me as a customer forever and all the bad press I'm about to give you around town. I forgot to mention the new company is doing the job Cape Fear Air quoted for nearly half the price.

He was very thorough and spent a lot of time servicing my two systems. He broke down the mini-split and cleaned that system from the inside to the outside. He found that the main HVAC system blower capacitor tested out of range and replaced it upon me agreeing with him. Mike was very polite and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice to help me make good decisions to keep both of my systems running over this winter season.

I'm so impressed. Two young men (Andy & Jackson) weee cutting and trimming my neighbor's lawn. I…read moremoseyed outside to ask Jackson how much it would be to cut our front lawn. He was giving me the number to call the office when Andy (the owners son) walked up with a business card and gave me a price. I still don't remember who made the suggestion but one of them said "would you like us to cut it now?" All I know is 20-30 minutes later the front lawn was immaculate the grass clippings had been blown off of the porch AND without being asked or prompted our little sliver of grass on the side and in front of the back patio was trimmed. Then to top it off Andy appeared at the door with the Zelle code so I could make the payment without a bunch of hassle. AND one of them (again, don't remember which one because they were a team) asked if wanted to be put into the biweekly rotation? OF COURSE I DO!!!! What an amazing professional team of young men. "Dad, you 'done' good with Andy and you hired well with Jackson!" Keep up the good work. And Jackson - I have my eye on you. NCU (or was it NC State) - either way I wanna see you I college in a couple of years.
