They came out at the appointment time. They were very punctual, and looked at the entire cabin, and gave us their assessment. They told us what the best and most affordable combination unit would best suit the size of the cabin. We hired them to install the new unit, and we love it. It does the job, and it is extremely quiet. We can now spend time at the cabin year-round, and be warm or cool, depending on the season. I guess with company based in Ruidoso and only a limited number of repair technicians they have issues servicing customers. Waiting for a repair person is frustrating.
