A very nice Sales fellow named Chuck come out to our house for a Sales pitch I felt extremely comfortable with his knowledge and not pushy person. He represented the company well. We had two different bathrooms to do which would be in different styles. The quality of the material is to be expected medium to lower grade, but they stand behind it with a lifetime warranty. Which is only good if the company stays in business. They did have an upgraded stone wall type vs PVC, which looked promising. The pricing was medium an expectation, 17,000.- 27,000. For one of today's solution that's not bad with the multi year warranty. I didn't ask if they pulled the permits for the town and such but should have. I'm contemplating moving forward with them for a very basic solution.

We had them replace the ripped porch screens, power wash railings, roof, and the entire exterior of the house, as well as clean the gutters. They also replaced our old lousy gutter guards. Rudy did several walk arounds with me during the project to show me the progress and point out areas of concern, such as places where there were gaps in the existing deck trim that had caused water damage under the fascia. They were able to replace all of the rotting boards and added new trim to cover the gaps, which we hadn't planned on, but it made the deck much more sound and looks great, even better than before! He also pointed out that a number of our other old window screens around the house were frayed or torn, and offered to replace them while they were there, at a very fair price. The entire deck/porch looks new again. His team took care to carefully clean up the work site before they left. This is a family business, and they were consistently kind and very responsive. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

The contract he drew for us was a complete misrepresentation of the project, and he forwarded the additional cost of hiring someone else to complete the plumbing to us. We paid half of the contract upon the start of the job. Our bathroom is now completely gutted and we are out thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it.
