Spoke to Mikey who said he'd get out to look at, what I called a big stick in the yard. Surprised he arrived at house within a couple of hours, just as promised. Gave a reasonable estimate. Problem was, other than saying he'd be back in a few days with paperwork, he never gave a definite date to start work. Problem solved, surprised and elated when Brad called to say they could be out in an 1-1/2 hour to do the job a couple of days later. Good to his word, they were there to do the job and for the agreed upon price. No additional or upcharges. Best of all, they cleaned up the pieces of tree and bark that littered the yard and street.
