As a black woman it is important to me to support other black, female owned businesses. However, I do not like to compromise on the level of service just to support black businesses, & with JCB services I never have to do that! Thessia is always prompt and incredibly knowledgeable and is willing to share that knowledge with me so that I have a better understanding of the process. She has truly been a godsend! Very personal and absolutely to the point. My wife and I have been paying every year for all things that apparently our tax preparer screwed up and we were not only taken care of but we had someone who was on the ball and we, for the first time in a long time felt like we were the only people that mattered and no matter how much paperwork it wasn't a hassle or burden. I have been doing taxes with Thessia since I was referred by a coworker last decade. Some people are good at tax prep and navigating changes in the tax code...I am NOT one of those people. All I do is collect my tax documents, type up a one page summary of our year in review, and send it in. She does all the rest, and promptly, usually within a couple days. Furthermore, when we have some job change or life event throughout the year and I wonder if it will impact our tax return, I email Thessia for advice.
