The chicken is grilled and unlike your typical piece of grilled chicken which is dry and bland, In Motion's chicken is well-seasoned and tender. Life is busy and you don't always have time to do food shopping, prepare/cook a meal and clean up. Having a freezer with healthy meals absent of preservatives, chemical additives you cannot pronounce or copious amounts of sodium is akin to having your cake and eating it too! The roti is made fresh and the curry dipping sauce is tasty, but very salty. Basil Pork/Chicken over Rice - comes with rice, salad, half of a boiled egg, and minced pork or chicken depending which protein you order. All pretty tasty on its own, but is a weird combination. All the components has conflicting flavors and definitely do not compliment each other. For example, the salad dressing is sweet and creamy, while the meat is salty and spicy. The truck does not offer Pad Thai, which is unfortunately because the Pad Thai was the reason why there was always a line. Now, not so much.
