If we didn't create trusts, the probate process to transfer assets through the courts would cost much more than if we created these trusts. She had diagrams to explain the process of estate inheritance and the importance of having all of our documents in place (Last Will & Testament, Health Care Proxy, Living Will, a Power of Attorney, and trusts).
