By September 6, the job was completed, including tear-off, underlayment, shingles, and cleanup. Mr. Cerda followed up with photos of the finished roof, which looked excellent. From a workmanship and scheduling standpoint, the roof itself was done efficiently and turned out very well. However, during installation, a roofing nail punctured the main PEX water line. This led to a water leak into a bedroom closet that was only discovered hours later on September 6. A plumber confirmed on September 7 that the leak was caused by a nail through the pipe, which resulted in water damage, missing insulation, and a cut-out in the ceiling after the PEX pipe repair. I notified Mr. Cerda on September 8. He initially stated he wanted to help resolve the issue, possibly by having himself and his employees come and repair the ceiling in return for an online review. Unfortunately, after that first conversation, communication broke down. Despite multiple follow-ups via text message on September 12, 14, 22, 26, I received no response until my final message on September 29th when I notified him I was going to submit the review, at which point I was told he had been unable to find anyone to repair the ceiling and that I was welcome to submit a review. As of October 3rd I have contracted out a company to fix my ceiling and install new insulation. No apology or alternative resolution has been offered. Positives: Competitive pricing, timely completion, and a high-quality roof installation. Negatives: Damage occurred during the project, and the follow-up response was poor. Lack of accountability and communication left me with unresolved damages, repairs and additional costs. While the finished roof itself is solid, potential customers should be aware of my experience regarding responsibility for incidental damage and post-project communication.

Their services' value doesn't match most of their reviews online. Also, we are now paying on a solar loan, which they are supposed to pay per our contract with PEG Energy until the installation is completed. Installation has not been completed, and we are currently paying for an incomplete system. They continue not to return my calls and messages. The contract also includes monitoring, inspections, and cleaning of the installed solar system. However, they have not sent anyone to inspect, maintain, or clean the system in the past year. They have yet to answer and respond to my calls and messages. They keep forwarding me to voicemail. The attached photos show poor craftsmanship in the pergola that their installers installed in my backyard to mount the solar panels. The initial installation failed city inspections on four different occasions. The other attached images show the Tesla Home Battery, which is still not wired into the solar system. Installers: subpar and shoddy craftsmanship Customer Service: empty promises and will ghost you Sales Team: predatory and doesn't tell you the fine details upfront. I would give them less than one star, but Yelp only allows a 1-Star review. I also caution people about dealing with their sales team. Luckily, we did our research beforehand. The tax credit they try to sell potential buyers isn't money in your pocket. It is a tax credit that the federal government applies to your taxes IF you owe at the end of the year and have to use it in five years. This predatory practice is shared among all solar companies. Talk to your CPA and a tax attorney beforehand. Recommendation: Do your homework and work with a company that holds themselves accountable for their contracts.
