The pictures came out incredibly, and he was very professional throughout, even prior when we sat down to plan out when and where the proposal would take place. My fiance loved the photos, and she's picky about herself being photographed! He also took a few pictures of us on the steps of the Met, and he did a great job with those photos as well. He also quickly edited the photos and sent them to us, and we were thrilled to receive them and send them out to our friends and family. He did a great job of capturing a once in a lifetime moment.

Charles maximized the potential of each space and was meticulously detailed throughout - photographing small details and vignettes we may have missed. We used Gordon over the Christmas holiday week for photos of our 6-month old daughter and our family. The sitting went fine. It's kind of hard to get our daughter to smile when there's a lot going on and we did get a few smile shots, so we were happy in that department. We met with Gordon one week later to look at the photos and choose which ones we wanted. We also asked about digital copies. It was not including in any of his standard packages but he said he would give us a copies of the photos we were also going to get printed. There were also a couple photos we wanted cropped a little. He said it would be two weeks. Two weeks came and went. I called and my mother called. On the fourth attempt, my mother basically threatened to show up on his doorstep. He called back with a time/date to pick up the photos, two weeks later than originally discussed. No apology. No explanation. We'd wanted digital copies. We've worked with a range of photographers in the past and we've always gotten digital copies. In most cases, we've happily paid extra for them. We get this is how photographers make their money. Gordon provided us very low-res copies of the photos and refused to provide us with better quality electronic copies. To make matters worse, when we got the photos (my mother picked them up and I saw them later), I realized he did not crop one of the photos like I'd asked. So we paid $25 for a 5x7 photo that's pretty much unusable. And of course, he won't answer or return our phone calls. What was supposed to be the first professional photo session with our daughter turned out to be a stressful and expensive experience. I will never use O'Brien photography and I suggest you don't as well.

This space is a fantastic indoor/outdoor event venue…read more I helped with setup for the Packards and Pints event, which utilized both indoor and outdoor spaces. There was plenty of room for everyone. The main indoor space holds several tables and is equipped with a kitchen and restrooms. We also used a smaller barn for serving guests and used the huge lawn for vendor and beverage tents. There was also plenty of room on the grounds for a variety of food trucks and display cars for a car show. A full band was set up in an area large enough for a nice bandstand. I spoke with a woman who volunteers regularly at the venue. She had nothing but nice things to say about the management. Every inch of the grounds was clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend it for events and special occasions.

I'm so glad she did. Shannon showed up to the venue and no one had arrived yet. She patiently waited and snapped photos of the decor, cake, etc. No prompting was needed. As soon as guests started to arrive she was on the move. About 2 weeks later she sent me an email with a link to view the work she had done for me. Words cannot express all that she captured.
