I only told my truth of what happened. I didn't leave out anything. You're quick to come up with excuses for why your customer service was terrible. You are a scammer. I asked specifically how much would the pictures be and you stated that families spend an average of $500.00. I was upfront with you from the start of our conversation and you preyed upon me. Do you think if you would have told me that your pictures were $5,000 I would have hired you??? You decided to withhold that info until 3 days before our viewing. My wife was only trying to be nice. She's not confrontational in any way and always look to diffuse the situation. I told her it was a waste of time going but she insisted that you must've had options because this was outrageous. Why do you think I didn't come?? It was because I saw you for what you were. If anyone reads this. Ask yourself, why are there only a FEW great reviews but NO negative reviews. She sues anyone that has anything to say if it's not 100% positive. I'd bet top dollar that I'm not the first person she threatened to sue and in fear they removed their review. SEE PICTURE BELOW The week before our picture date she text me asking what we're wearing. I sent her a picture of my 2 sons with their outfits on and explained what I was wearing and told her that my wife will send her a picture of what she was wearing later. She immediately responds "This is too much matching, the instructions are to coordinate but not match in uniform". Then she proceed to send me her made up instructions of what people should wear like I didn't read them the first time. I responded saying that "this is what WE want". Basically telling her that its our pictures and not hers. We finally get to the picture day. I had taken off work, so did my wife. I picked the kids up from school early. We're all preparing to get ready and only a few hours before the shoot she sends me a text stating "We have to reschedule because I'm sick". I assumed this was her payback for us rescheduling so I just laughed it off. Whatever. (Now this is the part that should have been another red flag for us.) I immediately responded, "Ok, I hope you feel better". I call my wife to let her know and she immediately text her to say something along the lines of "I hear you're not feeling well and that we need to reschedule. We hope you get well soon." Now this is after she canceled our pictures only a few hours before, you'd think that she would respond with a "thank you" or "I'm sorry about this" or I appreciate the concern" NOPE! Nothing. She didn't call or text back the rescheduled date for weeks. Picture day comes. She text us the morning of with the location. We get dressed and arrive 10 minutes early. We are all standing outside. Me, my wife, 2 kids and our dog. Its literally just us standing in the parking lot. I see out of my peripherals a car pulls up a little further down, it's just sitting there for a few minutes. I then receive a text stating that I need to follow her to the other side of the park and her license plate is ..... Then I see that same car that has been sitting there a for a few minutes pull out with that exact license plate. So I think to myself like, you couldn't have pulled beside us to introduce yourself or say Hi? You had to text me that only a few feet away. I let it go. Whatever. Then she takes us to the exact same location that all the other photos she's taken in the past however long. No originality. (My sons pictures are on her page right now, navy blue top, khaki pants, with a boston terrier, see how many pictures are taken in the same exact spot) Here's the kicker. We take the pictures, set a date for review and purchase. We receive an email with pricing. $5,000 for all. $4,000 for 30. $3,200 for 20. $1,800 for 6. $325.00 for a canvas. $275.00 for 3 5x7. I'm still shocked. Her attitude and customer service doesn't match her pricing. Buyer Beware!! read more

I am a mom who literally has a camera hanging around her neck to capture every moment of my children's lives. As much as I love to take pictures of my babies (always my babies... now 13, 16 & 17) I ALWAYS knew that when it came to senior pictures, I wanted someone else, a professional, to capture them. Well, this year was the year for my "baby girl". My ONLY girl... We spent WEEKS finding the perfect outfits, the perfect shoes. We had the perfect hair and makeup artist I literally spent ALL SUMMER 2019 looking for the "perfect" photographer.... sigh... Hours and hours ONLINE looking at recommendations. Looking at a million other senior pictures. Not lying when I tell you... ALL SUMMER!!!! Just couldn't find what I was looking for. Someone who would capture MY girl. In late August, I came across a picture online. I searched the photographer (at this point I would have driven to California for the right fit!! LOL!!) The photo was taken by Marla. ONE PICTURE was all it took. I called my daughter down and didn't say a word... I just pointed at the photo. My daughter said " That's the one mom." Yup... my heart said the same. Yesterday was my daughter's Senior Photo shoot with Marla/Enchanted Photography. Wow... WOW. Our phone conversations had been AMAZING... she is truly the kindest lady. Literally made sure all our questions were answered 2 months before the shoot. We really just had to show up. The Marla on the phone is only upped by the Marla you meet at the shoot. We immediately LOVED her!! She found the PERFECT location. I immediately stepped out and let her "do her magic"... and THAT SHE DID!!!!!! She connected with my daughter right away. She moved around to different places in the location. I sat back from afar and smiled at each and every shot taken. Not ONCE did I feel like I needed to interject (though Marla was always asking what I wanted, tips on her personality, etc). I promise you... if I didn't want to just experience the moment with my daughter... I am certain now that I could have left and let it happen in Marla's eyes. We had the best day!! It was beautiful and inspiring. Last night we received our "sneak peak" at our photos. I cried. I wish I could attach the photo in this review. BREATHTAKING... Marla is an artist. Look at her website photos, and you will be sold... but you have no idea the incredible experience YOU will have because I am certain she makes every experience INDIVIDUAL and special to you. Can't wait to book my 2 boys for their senior pics. Family pics too... someday when we can afford it after 3 kids graduate. LOL! I cannot recommend Enchanted Photography enough. Our family has worked with Marla for years for a number of family portrait sessions and individual sessions. I have also worked with Marla professionally to photograph models for my website. Marla is an extremely talented photographer and has the innate ability to capture the beauty in all of her subjects. She is sweet and kind and has a very gentle manner when working with clients of all ages and temperaments. I know many people who have had Marla photograph their families and children and everyone is blown away by the results. She is an artist that not only spends time at the session, but spends countless hours editing her work to get the perfect lighting and make sure the images are perfect. Had the pleasure of watching her do a photo shoot with my daughter her fiancé and three huskies. it was very cold and boy was she awesome and the dogs were they're crazy fun selves. she managed to get the most incredible pictures. I was there to try to help the dogs be a little more cooperative so she can focus on the humans in the pictures and the truth was she never needed me . her patience, her skill and her ability to take quick pictures and natural pictures were awesome. Editing is superior, and second to none. we didn't realize it until a couple months ago when my daughter and fiancé were hiring another person for the wedding and that person offered to take engagement pictures and we looked at them and we all looked at each other and said get your money back, break the contract and go to the person you know does incredible photos . We learned a very important lesson that day and that is you get what you pay for. You can't put a price on Memories. We learned the hard way, but thankfully Marla was available. She came to our rescue and she did beautiful engagement pictures that I just saw today and we are excited to see her at the wedding in 2025. Mary V. read more

A few years ago I uncovered Enchanted Photography online and was absolutely amazed by Marla's photos. Marla is extremely talented and a pleasure to work with. She is easy to communicate with, has a gentle and kind demeanor, honest, and helps make you feel as comfortable as possible while posing and taking pictures. I have hired a few photographers in the past but Marla is a true artist and her work is beyond compare! I simply can't say enough about how wonderful Marla has been to work with. I first met her immediately after delivering my fourth child when she came to the hospital to photograph my other children meeting him for the first time. Not only was she completely "on call" for my delivery, but she was a true professional from start to finish. She respected every aspect of a very personal and emotional time, and the pictures she took of my three older children with my newborn are absolutely priceless. A year and a half later, I still have to stop and look at the gorgeous photographs whenever I walk past them, and I often notice my children doing the same thing. Let's just start with the fact that I can't stand having my photo taken. As a photographer myself, I'm really particular about things too! Not only am I my worst critic, but then you add the layer of knowing what goes on behind the camera....you got your work cut out for ya! However, I was lucky enough to meet Marla and have the opportunity to work through some of my fears. I know a lot of women that feel just like me! She's such a warm, caring person and she's an AMAZING portrait artist. Needless to say my parents and grandparents are really happy to have updated photos of me (which I've avoided for a good few years now). I recently experienced Enchanted Photography during a photo shoot of my young daughter who is a dancer. During the process, Marla made us feel like this was a partnership. We spoke in advance about costume changes and locations that would make for ideal scenery. I appreciated having input yet also appreciated professional advice. She made the experience fun for my daughter as there was lots of laughter which made for a great mood and it showed in the photos that came from the shoot. The turnaround time for us to return to view the photos was very quick and we enjoyed doing so in a relaxed ambiance at Marla's studio. Marla is a talented photographer with a kind spirit, which made her a pleasure to work with. She is FANTASTIC at directing children and being playful with them while getting them to focus. She was quick and expedient, but did not rush through our session. She got the perfect shots and truly captured my boys' individual personalities.
