The employee had to find the owner, when I asked about a top I was interested in. The owner was not friendly and seemed irritated. She never smiled or asked if she could help in some other way. There is another shop comparable to this, in another small town not far away. It is miles above this one in customer service. I will not go back to Denim N Lace.
