Totally rude and condescending, especially if you chose not to use them to do the alterations. The…read moreperson we were dealing with would not even give us her name. Not to mention the horrible bait and switch tactics used. They advertise dresses that are $500.00 and less. When you go to the shop, there are very few dresses in that price range, and those are stuffed in a back room and look terrible. If you have to drive any distance to go to this shop, I recommend you save yourself the time and gas and shop somewhere else. You will not walk out with a $500.00 dress, they will coax you in to a $1500.00+ dress.
