Home Depot at Seymour needs to get rid of 3rd party shipping! These guys could not find house and…read morecould not understand instructions! Finally, after 45 minutes of dialog, I saw the truck by the driveway and they did not enter because of a little snow. It was plowed and I could drive my car but they would not answer my call and they just left. I called service and a representative at store and he said they would have it delivered next day. They did not and did not even reply with courtesy of any cancellation. Nothing! I also called again to leave complaint and after the call, the message says to stay on line to leave review. I waited and waited for 15 minutes before that agent would hang up so I could leave a review. I finally did. She just would not hang up, that's deceitful. Final summary: I had another problem a month ago and did not post a review as the 3rd party delivered my item to another house down the street. Again these 3rd party delivery folks cannot speak English and do not know how to deliver or deliver to the correct house.

Eric is a PRO, all the paint and stains used in my new home came from My House. The colors are the best, I would take a sample to Eric ranging from fabric to a rock rock and Eric would match it.
