Mr. Dicks became our attorney during an unexpected arrest for a probation violation that my partner had committed back in Jan 2024. Mr. Dicks got him out at his preliminary hearing which was amazing- along with no charges or orders of any sort. He was then released but re-arrested due to another probation violation in March while awaiting his sentence hearing from the first occurrence. Mr. Dicks has communicated thoroughly and represented my partner for his crime-on-crime arrest and has been in touch during these couple months. The judge granted Mr. Dicks request to remove him from custody and removed all charges and prison time, along with any recommended classes and fines due to time served and other reasons. It was late on a Monday evening, he was working during the busy weekend, and that was the only time that he could see me.
