There was a very large amount of preparation work on the west side of my cedar clad house . Using advanced sanding skills, they saved a tremendous amount of siding that normally would be replaced. The painting went very well, lots of detailed masking, covering windows, covering foliage and attention to details (down to 1" brushes) produced excellent results. Their work areas were left clean and orderly everyday. They were respectful and worked very hard to please us. They did. Based on that successful job, I have also hired them to help with restoring our flood damaged finished basement. While not his job, Eddie proved to be better a drywaller than the people I hired to replace it, and the bum I hired to fix their mistakes (but, that's another review ) This is a good contractor, that works hard, keeps his word, and the result if nearly perfect.
