Since then I discovered my expensive office chair had a wheel completely broken off of it. It's irreparable. I have no idea how this company touts solid 5 star reviews on their website. My partner mentioned his last roommate, two years ago, used this company, and was equally unimpressed. I understand now why he was resistant to hiring them. I have moved myself with friends about 12 times and thought for sure hiring "professionals" would be the way to go, to ease some stress, but I have done a much better job myself, and have gotten into many new homes without broken furniture and muddy mattresses, and without spending a fortune.
