I felt like Diane was our personal concierge as she helped us for at least a half an hour. Robert helped us with the backpacks as well. Another nice employee. As with my prior visit many years ago, the staff was helpful and not pushy, which is always huge for me because I can't stand pushy people. Diane, let us know about this great credit card that REI has and the great bonus that goes with it - you get a $100 gift card to REI when you spend outside of REI (any amount!) within a two month period.
