I run a business and my kryptonite is all things paper work. My taxes are particularly complicated, but I have no idea what is deductible, or what percentage and so on. I send her a rediculous summation of my spending and she gets it all done. Frances (and her associate) is the best. I've been going to her for several years for personal and business purposes. She is the model accountant for millennials (but not JUST millennials) as she utilizes technology wonderfully to create the most efficient tax experience possible. I am able to upload all of my paperwork and bookkeeping to her before I go in for my appointment. We have gone from taking 90 minutes or so to complete my taxes (in the early days) to about 30 minutes this year. It only took longer back in the day because I was coming in with stacks of paper that I had no idea what to do with. Now her colleagues sort through much of this before our in person meeting where she asks targeted questions to help me get as significant a return as possible and advise me of how to do better in the next year. I had Nicole do my 2016 and 2017 taxes. Initially she did not use my medical receipts submitted or get some basic information correct. We had several conversations and I was amazed at her defensive stance. She insisted that I'd filled out a form at her office to give the info, which did not happen. She claimed her receptionist gave me specific information which did not occur.
